Inhumane behaviour in the name of office politics is not acceptable. If you are justifying being mean to people at work....by giving it a name of competition....it’s not healthy. Competition should be on work not...comparing each other at individual level or personally. Stepping on others will not take you anywhere...and makes you weak as person. You become insecure—if you make personal attack on other people at work.

Portugal and Spain are the most affected countries by the recent wave of heat waves.
